NOTE: The Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Society is committed to ensuring that all persons with disabilities have equal access to programs, services, and activities offered by the Society. Comments and feedback regarding the way the Society provides services to persons with disabilities can be made by contacting the Executive Assistant, Nina Lue Pann, 519-252-1171. Feedback may be provided via email at info@wecas.on.ca, completing the Accessible Customer Service Feedback Form, Accessibility Feedback Online Form, letter, verbally, or in person by setting up an appointment. A response to all feedback will be provided within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

 Accessible Formats:

Upon request, The Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Society will provide or arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports for persons with disabilities.  We will consult with the person making the request in determining the suitability of an accessible format or communication support. We will provide the agreed upon accessible formats and communication support;

  1. In a timely manner that takes into account the person’s disability needs due to disability; and,
  2. At a cost that is no more than the regular cost charged to other persons.
